When my mom had just come back from her trip to KL, she showed me her new skirt from H&M and also a pretty necklace that she bought for me from Zara. I fell in love with them at the first sight, so a few days after that I decided to create a look with these 2 items in 'our' closet :p

Styling tips! : Because I wanted to wear this floral necklace, I decided to wear a basic top, so the necklace would stand out in this outfit!

Next to The Beach

Yeay! Here are the results of my quick shoot with my bro. It's taken at Pantai Alam Indah, Tegal. We didn't go to beach though. This is like a group of grasses, trees, and plants near the parking area ;p

I lovee clashing patterns. This time I wore a striped bustier and pearl choker c/o @LadieShopSheNeeds , plaid shirt from New Look, and denim skirt c/o chicnova.

Sadly the sky wasn't blue despite the hot heat which made me falling sick instantly after I went home. I've been having sore throat and flu for 3 days, plus fever for a day (the next day I had another photoshoot with my friends which we had planned since months ago). *I'm such a failed model-wannabe. lol* T.T

Hi, people! This was my outfit last month when I went to Jakarta, but I didn't have time to take pics because we were rushing up -_-. 

The christmas and new year celebration at school last Saturday was a success! I've shared some pics that you can check them out on my instagram (@verenleecious) :). 

I'm very looking forward for tomorrow although it's harpitnas (a day which is trapped by day offs on the day before and the day after) becauseeee I'm going to do another biology practicum, and this time it'd be a surgery on a marmot (bought it this morning at the market. it's a bit cute but doesn't smell good and I still don't have the guts to touch it >.<). I hope I'll find some time within this week to blog about it! hihihi ;p

Lovicious has soooo manyy various kind of phone cases (iphone/android/ipad/etc) and it's so hard to pick which one I'd like to get when the kind owner offered me . My heart fell to this braided chanel boy jelly case in red. The quality is very good and it's just so fun to have this kind of phone case because I can easily use my phone everytime I want without taking it out from my bag hehehehe <3 p="">

One of many ways to wear your heels more comfortably : wear socks! :)

Jacquard

8 days of sleepless nights (a.k.a final exam) has ended and thankfully I've passed all the subjects announced. I'm so relieved and happy because I can wake up late and sleep as looongg as I want. >o<.

This morning I woke up quite early to take some outfit photos because this blog has been so quiet lately and I just miss taking photos (or we can call it 'being photographed by myself (mr.tripod+self timer) so much!! When I woke up it was cloudy and rained a lil bit.. but thankkkfullyyy the rain stopped and it was sunny again!

Christmas is just 2 weeks away and I can't help but to dress up with these xmas colors. I clashed the red daisy print sweater with the green jacquard floral print skirt altogether. Clashing patterns has always been fun and we should never be scared with what others will think.. Because it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring! hehehee ;)

Soo... I got a good news to announce! 

on Friday & Saturday, I joined "Lomba Siswa Berprestasi Tk. Kota Tegal 2013" (in english it can be easily translated as 'Best Student' competition). The preparation was so short .

My teacher told me this comp. on Wednesday. So I only have Thursday to prepare all of it. I only had 5 hours of sleep for 2 days.. But when I knew I got the 2nd place, I felt grateful and it's worth all the hardwork! Thank you so much God, Mama&Papa, and my friends who supported me :'>. (fyi: this competition requires the participants to do an academic test (math,english,bahasa,general knowledge), make a handicraft & present it to the judges (made a cardboard lamp for 6 hours straight T.T) , do 1 speech in Bahasa, 1 speech in English, master some basic skills in Ms.Excel, and have a personality test with the judges :> )

I really feel happy to be able to make my family (esp. my mom and dad) and school proud! :D

Green Day

This was my outfit on November 5th. It was a public holiday, so I and my parents decided to have lunch outside and bought some stuffs. I asked my parents to stop at the local post office to take some pics of my outfit that day. The post office was closed , so I could freely take pics without too many weird people staring at me... Hehehehe :P

This is one of my favorite outfits, because I felt happy to be able to create a look with a basic top and skirt (totally basic, no pattern, ok.) with other accessories that would compliment this look! I tell you, basic clothing is a MUST have stuff in your closet because it's very easy to mix it with almost everything!

So... The first week of another half of the 1st term has started. I've promised to myself to study much more harder than before! I hope I can reach what I hope and make my parents proud and happy with my achievements (what else I can do as a student to make my parents proud?). 

Maaaaany people asked me which university I'm going to choose for my further study. Well, I haven't really decided about it since I'm interested to many things >.< (IT and fashion !) .But one thing that's clear is I'll continue my study in Jakarta. I don't have any plan to go overseas since it's quite far and my parents think I'm waay to clumsy to live alone by myself! So I guess if the universe allows me, I want to study abroad after I finish my undergraduate degree!
