LipSense - @thebeautyofeve Review

Have you ever heard LipSense by SeneGence ?
The first time I discovered this product was when @THEBEAUTYOFEVE offered me to try a made in America long lasting liquid lip color.



I did some quick research on google about this product, and surprisingly many hollywood stars like Christina Aguilera also uses LipSense. It's VERY LONGLASTING. I've tried eating, munching some fruits, drinking, and even kissing my teddy bear (sadly i dont have a boyfie lol) and the color / even the gloss WOULD NOT easily fade off!
It's very perfect to be used if you want to go to a party, or a full day out where you go to the malls to eat and do some shopping (remember when your lipstick leaves stains on the clothes you try in the fitting room?!). You don't need to apply your lipstick again and again after you eat/drink something with this awesome LipSense ;)

I chose the ROSEBERRY shade + GLOSSY GlossSense . The colour is perfect for teenagers like me because it looks sweet , young, and not too bold.  The GlossSense itself is made of Shea Butter (a natural ingredient) and is meant to make the LipSense stay longer, moisturize your lips, and repair your chapped lips!

 

I really recommend this product for those who often go to many events, full day out, and working women. For teens like me, I recommend you to wear this LipSense when you go to your friends' birthday parties. You'll look amazing from the start till the end of the party, and you don't need to bring it to the party to re-apply because it's very long-lasting no matter how much you eat / drink / kiss ur friends! ;P. The colour is much more vibrant than lipgloss/liptint! They have many other varieties of shades and other type of products (for skincare and make up). Paramarta Spa Product Review

As a busyyyy student with quite many outdoor activities, my skin is getting tanner from time to time, and sadly I don't really have time to go to salon / spa . When I have short day off or weekend, I choose to stay at home to take a rest because I'm too lazy to go out and too lazy to wait in the salon. Lol. Honestly, I want to have a whiter and healthier skin.

My skin is dry (been using body lotion religiously, my arms' skin is not dry anymore, but my legs' skin is still so dry) and I have some 'belang' parts too on my body like at my wrist (because I wear watch everyday), and the bottom part of my leg (because of socks).

So.. I really like home-spa product like this one that I received from www.PARAMARTASPA.com.
It's very affordable for students, very easy to use at home by ourselves at anytime we want,  and it's made of natural ingredients which are safe for our skin.

Ready for the review?

I pick the WHITENING JICAMA SPA (bengkuang) . The price for this set is  IDR 248,000 which I think is veryy cheap for a complete treatment like this. It smells so fragrant but I don't think it's jicama's smell. But believe me, the smell is good and doesn't smell like any other tacky jamu ( herbs ) smell.

The package contains:
- 2 in 1 cleanser powder 250 gram ( it's a body scrub)
- 1 massage oil 100 ml
- 1 body butter – 150 ml (body lotion)
- 1 plastic plate to mix the powder with water
- 1 cleansing bar

The product's description: Jicama is rich of pachyrhizon,  B1 & C vitamin. The mineral composition is a perfect cleanser to make the skin appears brighter and whitener . 
Softer and brighter skin from the 1st use. Whiter and brighter skin after a regular use.

1. Massage your body with this body oil. You can do it yourself inside the bathroom or ask your mom / sis to do it for you before you take a bath because you need to leave it for 5 minutes before you use the body powder.

2. This 2in1 cleanser powder is a body scrub. It's from natural ingredients like milk powder and oats which are very good for or skin. Mix it with water. Make sure the powder is twice more than the water ;)

Put a little bit too much water when I took this pic. Add some more powder. If you can feel the blobs of the mixture, then it's right ;).

This scrub is very useful to exfoliate your skin, removing the dead skin cells and the dirts on your skin which won't leave with just a body soap. Scrub it all over your body. Arms, neck, legs, armpits  are the most important part. You'll feel your skin is smoother, cleaner and brighter after using this scrub.

3. The cleansing bar is just as good as the body powder. We can use this product every time we take a bath. It has good smell and of course, it nourishes our skin and will make our skin whiter after using it continuously. I've started using it as my soap for 2 days . :)

4. Another product that you can use everyday from this set is the body butter. Not only brightening our skin, but also moisturizing! You should use this product every time your skin feels dry.

Look at my leg's skin :(. It's so dry! I applied the body butter and it's got better ;)

Overall, I LOVE this product and totally recommend you who also don't have much time to go to salon and have tight budget for spa treatment.
 Our good habit will lead us for a healthy skin. As we're still young, a good skin product is a good investment for our future!

My fellow teenagers / young women, you'll regret it later if you don't start taking care of your skin. Don't go out under the direct sun too much (I know it's hard if we're still students :( )and always remember to moisture our skin with body butter everyday and exfoliate with body scrub at least once a week.

No.. It's Not a Bee...

 

I rarely mix yellow with black, maybe that's because my outfit palette mostly consists of red,navy,white,black, pink, and pastel colours. But then I remembered a scarf that I got from Cindy Karmoko's past giveaway! I love the pattern very much and it looks so luxurious . I decided to wear the scarf with a yellow top and black skort / skirt. 

This pair of platform sneakers from Pull & Bear is my current favorite. It's in white, so I can wear it with almost everything. It's very casual for a fun day out with friends, but also has a 3cm platform that can upscale my petite body. lol. I hope you won't get bored because you'll see this pair often! Just take it as 'the many ways of wearing a white platform sneakers'. K? ;p

My Sweet17 Birthday Dinner

My 17th birthday was on July 30th, but since it was during Eid holiday, I celebrated it on August 9th.
I honestly didn't prepare much about this birthday dinner. I didn't even decide about an exact theme for my birthday, so I just made it to match my dress' color, which was in Pink!
The pink's shade was hot pink. I like it more than baby pink because it shows femininity yet it's not as girly as baby pink. It also symbolizes a 'growth' of pink. I was once 'a baby pink', then on my 17th birthday I turned to be a 'maturer (hot) pink' ;p

From the first, I decided to celebrate my birthday with just a dinner and some simple funny games with my close friends, family, and relatives. I didn't want to make a too big party simply because I wanted it to make more meaningful with the people I feel comfortable with. I also didn't want to throw too much money only within a night too! Hehehe. But that doesn't mean I hate big parties, I enjoy those too but not for my own party ;D.

For those who asked, my dress is from Peggy Hartanto (I bought it at Galleries Lafayette, Pacific Place), my heels are from Aldo, and my headpiece is from @petitebellebow . I did the make up by myself (I didn't find any make up artist in my city that suits my preference, so I chose to do it myself :D), hair by a local salon in my city. Anndd fyi, for a clarification, my dress is not bolong (perforated?) ! There's a sheer fabric in NUDE colour. I laughed so hard when anons on my ask.fm thought so... lol *insert laugh-cry emoji here*

I made those heart-shaped cut outs together with my mom and my dad a few days before the d-day :'>. I didn't use EO by the way. It's just a simple party which didn't need help from eo at all.

My juniors at school who are also my close friends helped me to become the guest receptionists . Their dresscode was floral! So pretty!
