Teatoxnco 14 Days Detox Package Review

Last month, I felt my eating habit had gone too uncontrollable. I snacked mindlessly and my stomach was so bloated! I exercised regularly but it's only plays 20% while nutrition plays 80% of your body's diet regime. I read about Teatox's programmes and was interested to try it to 'reset' my body.

In those 14 days, I drank the Good Morning Tea EVERYDAY before I had my breakfast and Good Night Tea 1x in every 2 days before bed! 

I made my own breakfast which usually consisted of 2 slices of pesto toast, grilled chicken/ tofu/ tempeh, and veggies (stir fry tomatoes/cucumber/lettuce). Dinner was usually my mom's chinese homecooked meals, but in moderate portion with no rice. On weekends, I ate out with friends !

My impressions?

- YES! I really feel the difference after consuming the Good Morning Tea. My appetite became much more controlled, suppressed, and I didn't snack mindlessly like before. 

- Good Night Tea made my digestion better WITHOUT diarrhea-like stomachache

- I feel my tummy fat was reduced and less bloated

-Thumbs up for the glass tumbler as it's not only stylish but also very useful to drink the tea on-the-go

- I don't know whether I lose weight or not since I never weigh myself on scales.

Overall, this package is recommended if you want to kick-start a healthy diet & lifestyle! It can reset your palette & cleanse your guts at the same time. Staycation at Four Seasons Jakarta

Hello, everyone! I can't believe I haven't posted anything in 2 months! There are so many things going on lately.. During my spare time, all I want to do is laying on my bed / going out with friends. But today I decided to write this long - overdue post. My apple id was hacked in August, which made me lost all of my data in my phone & laptop. Crazy, right? Thankfully I could still save many datas from my blog, flickr, and instagram. Imagine if I never updated my social media.. I would've lost it all! T.T

Last Eid holiday, I booked a staycation at Four Seasons Jakarta as a gift for my parents' wedding anniversary. The hotel was not just beautiful. The interior is beautifully designed and made! I hardly found any scratch on it. The electronics they provide in room were also the best brands ever. My dad truly enjoyed his time listening to music and watching movies with such high quality audio system.

The interior is dominated with white, gold, and marbles. As a fan of classic interior, this stay was like a dream comes true! I and my mom took so many pics during our stay! HEHE!

The service they gave was also brilliant. We got complimentary fruit and cake as the welcome gifts and they arranged flower petals inside the bath tub when we got back from our dinner. Very thoughtful!

The breakfast place, Palm Court was also amazing. The place isn't really big, in fact we had to wait few minutes before we got our table inside the restaurant. The food selection isn't very wide, but they cover english, asian breakfast, including fruits and lots of breads / pastries. That's already enough for breakfast, isn't it? I was truly addicted to their Bircher Muesli! Super delicious!

The pool was located on the top. It's not big, but it got beautiful view!

The staycation that I booked also include a 45 minute-long body massage for my parents. When I asked them about their review, they only answered; "I wish it could be longer!". They said the massage was so good that they couldn't believe when it ended. lol.

Overall, I'd never reject any invitation for next visits... Because Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta has won number 1 place on my top hotel list! I'm not paid / sponsored for this review. I booked & paid this staycation on my own, but it'd be a waste if I didn't share such a great place that deserves it!

Review : Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum & Sheet Masks

Innisfree is finally coming to INDONESIA on March 24th 2017 in Central Park Mall Jakarta & Senayan City 2 weeks after ! I've been loving their products & tried few of them when I went to Korea last year. I love the natural ingredients they like to put in most of their products. 

This Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum is one of the most popular products. This serum should be used after you wash your face, before applying toner & other skin care routines. It is formulated with freshly squeezed Jeju green tea and green tea seeds to create a dewy and clear skin! 

To apply this product, you just need to pump the top part of the bottle. Thankfully, it has a plastic cap that will prevent leak out if you accidentally pump the top :)

The liquid is clear, not sticky nor watery. It absorbs to the skin very quickly without leaving it dry. I love the fresh & refreshing smell too. 

I don't break out wearing this serum. I recommend this serum to any skin type! For oily skin, I think it won't make your skin oily. For dry skin, I think this product is moisturizing enough too ! 

Next, I tried their sheet mask. This one is Innisfree It's Real Squeeze Mask - Bamboo.

The mask has bamboo extract that will quench the thirst of skin and keeps skin moisturized for a dewy look! My first impression of the mask was the thin sheet! I think it's thinner and softer than most of other sheet masks I've tried before. It might break easily if you don't apply it carefully, but it doesn't mean a bad thing for me. In fact, I think it will absorb to your skin better and it feels nicer too when you're wearing this mask! LOVE!

Next, I also tried this Innisfree Anti - Aging Mask Smile Line. The function of this mask is to solve the problem of inelasticity and dryness around the lip area caused by aging and stress! I think the function is very good as smile line is very important! Don't you hate it when there are lines around your lips when you smile?

This mask was very moisturizing, but I think we need to apply it religiously to see the result!

There are also other sheet mask variants such as Skin Clinic Mask Hyaluronic Acid (to relieve skin dryness), Anti-Aging Mask Neck & Collarbone (to create a firmer appearance of the neck & collarbone), Skin Clinic Mask Collagen (to fortify skin & leave it feeling resilient), and It's Real Squeeze Mask Bija (to help skin problems while keeping it moisturized and clean) which I haven't tried yet. 

Overall, I'm impressed with Innisfree's products that keep my combination (mostly dry) skin moisturized without breaking it out!

Membersihkan muka dari make up itu penting banget ! Kalau sebelum tidur muka belum bersih, bisa muncul jerawat di kulit kita. Padahal kadang kita sampai rumah udah capek & males banget buat bersihin muka. Nah, baru - baru ini aku cobain OVALE Cleansing Gel Aloe Vera with Magnolia Extract & Pro Vitamin B5. Pas pertama kali liat product ini, aku langsung gemes sama packagingnya yang warna pink (my fav color). Hahaha!

Produk ini mudah banget buat membersihkan make up & kotoran dari kulit kita tanpa perlu dibilas yang juga punya manfaat whitening ! Komplit banget kan? Now,.. let's try!

Gel nya bening & ada cooling sensation yang segar! Aku gak suka cleansing gel yang lengket, so produk ini sesuai harapan aku banget!!

Cara aplikasi OVALE Cleansing Gel ini cukup dengan menuangkan gel ke tangan secukupnya , lalu aplikasikan ke seluruh kulit muka & leher. Setelah itu, tinggal bersihkan dengan kapas!

Dengan hanya sekali usap, OVALE Cleansing Gel Aloe Vera udah bisa membersihkan muka aku seluruhnya~~.

Irwan Team Hair Design PIK Avenue Review

I am the type of girl that spends time more in my bedroom watching movies rather than going to salon. I hateee cramped and noisy salon. I'm also impatient to wait having my hair done. lol. Since the first time I dyed my hair, I always used the shampoo hair dye. BUTTTTT after passing by Irwan Team's salon at PIK Avenue, I was intergued to come there!

Last Saturday, I decided to have a hair cut and my hair dyed at Irwan Team PIK Avenue. Look at my hair before the transformation!! I hadn't cut my hair for 8 months & my hair's color was very uneven.

Irwan Team PIK Avenue's salon has 1,5 floors. There's a stair to go to the treatment room. Overall, I LOVE the ambience and interior at the salon. It's also very clean! 

I was always hesitant to dye my hair at salon because it took longer time and I thought the chemicals they use are more damaging. But after consultating with my hair stylist at Irwan Team, she told me that they use safe products and would also give me vitamins to keep my hair healthy! 

I chose Ash Brown color. It's similar to my previous color, but has greener tone. The stylist told me that since I had mahogany (red) tone, it'd be hard to transform it fully to green tone in 1x dye. I was ok with it, later i'd dye in the same tone again to get it right. 

There were 2 persons who handled my hair. They were very quick at dyeing my hair. I was so happy because the process took much quicker than I thought. Hehehe!

They also offered me complimentary drink.

This is the hair wash station. The room is semi private, has soft music and aroma therapy. It gives privacy to the customers and helps us relax while the staffs massage our head. I'm not lying, this is the most comfortable salon wash station. I've ever been to! We can't hear noise from outside and can't see people passing by. 

Yay! After I had my hair dyed, it's haircut time. My stylist did layerings to give volume and also trimmed the ends of my hair. I love the haircut so much!

Overall, I really love my experience at Irwan Team PIK Avenue. The place is comfortable and the service is satisfying!!
