Holaaaa~~~! I'm so so happy and today feels like the best Monday ever bcz it's holiday. Hahahah xD. I got the 1st rank in the class and I got maanyy presents from my awesome parents. Yayyy! :D

Holiday Mood

 

I often think myself as a person with a boring lifestyle. I admit that my daily activities during holidays are almost always the same. If I'm staying home, the activities would be 80% of watching korean dramas from the sunrise until the sunset, 10% of going out with friends, 10% of my new 'addictions' like cooking or going to the gym with mom. And if I'm not home, I'd always be out of town like going to Jakarta or overseas where my activities there would be shopping and eating. 

There's another example of my 'boring' lifestyle; I always eat the same dishes at my favorite restaurants. It's so hard for me to change what I want to order since I always want to eat my favorites although on the other hand I want to try new dishes. If i order both, my stomach can't fit all of it.... hahaha. =_=

But LUCKILY, I have a hobby which is out from my 'boring' lifestyle. And that hobby is dressing up. My style is something which is hard to be explained by myself, because I always wear everything that I want to wear. I can wear skirts, floral dresses, or glitter heels today, but I can wear pants, boots, or tees on the other day. Although many people say I'm girly, but sometimes my eyes also land on boyish and quirky stuffs too. So yeah, I can hardly say anything about my style since it's constantly changing as I'm growing up. 

When I dress up, I always want to try everything. I always have that fun and happy feelings everytime I open my closet's doors, pick what I want to wear today,  choose my shoes and accessories to complete the look ;D.

Too Cool for School

Yesterday I was not home for a student committee activity at school. We stayed at school for a night and I've just returned home this afternoon. I didn't get enough sleep last night and I really need to sleep more tonight. I'm so stressed with the fact that I will have 2 tests tomorrow and 3 tests on Tuesday while on the other side I also have many other things to do T_T. So yeah, I won't write much on this post because time is chasing me and I need to study Chemistry and Bahasa tonight!

Ikat

The reason why I didn't post anything for around a week is because I was busy with school. I had lotsss of tests and assignments this week, and I didn't go anywhere beside school and tuition places (that's why I had no outfit post).
Yesterday I went out with my sister and nephew to have dinner. And this was my outfit. 

It's just another simple outfit actually. It's just a quick dinner, and I didn't want to wear something too much. I took the pics at 5pm and to cover my sleepy eyes, I wore sunglasses, so please don't wonder why I wore sunglasses for a dinner. Hahahaha

It's finally Saturday. Rather than going out, I choose to stay at home. My parents are away for a short trip and I'm just too tired. I just want to hibernate like a bear, charge my energy for another week of tests and assignments. ==".

My junior high school life was too simple. The teachers were kind enough and rarely gave me assignments, and that's why I feel like senior high school life is just so different and I'm still trying to adapt. 

In Senior high , I also want to be more active. I signed up to join the school committee, had the interview session, and yesterday they announced the list of grade X students who are chosen, and I'm in! yay! 

Although that means I will be busier, but I just like to be in an organization. It's a certain consequence for me to manage my time when I signed up to join the school committee. So please..... wish me luck!!

Vintage Rock

I decided to combine vintage and rock. I wanted to create a sporty yet still girly school girl. This look actually represents myself. I'm an active student, I'm not tomboy, but not too girly too. I'm brave and confident. 

I wore a spiked cap from Oasap, vintage printed shirt from sheinside, necklace from Infinity Shop, studded bracelet & high waisted shorts from new look, and belt from asos.

I also wore my very first wedge sneakers from asos. They're really comfortable and also make me look taller :D

Starting tomorrow, there'll be a lot of tests and activities. I have additional tuition on Monday, additional scout on Friday (to prepare camping which will be held next week), Mathematics, Bahasa, English, and IT tests until Wednesday. I think I'm going to............ T_T

Red & White

I went to Jakarta two days ago and unluckily I was trapped in traffic jam for 16 hours. Crazy, right? But well all my anger because of the traffic jam has gone after eating my favorite food in Jakarta. I had lunch at kiyadon yesterday and ate all my favorite menus. I'm so happy :').  Now I'm having a short trip in Bandung and will return to Jakarta on August 22nd.

I wore this outfit two days ago and successfully managed to take some snaps before leaving. It looks like I was still in the indonesian mood, eh? (red&white)

Funky Town

I'm writing this post while listening to t-ara's album, Funky Town. I know their latest album is Day by Day, but I like this album more, especially their title track, Lovey Dovey. It's such an unfortunate event that there's a problem in t-ara. I don't want them to disband because they're one of my favorite k-pop groups :(

It's only Wednesday but I already feel sooo tired. There are a lot of assignments and I must carry my laptop to school almost everyday. It's very veryyyy heavy and also my backpack which contains school books. I really wish my school will provide lockers or it'd be hard to me to grow taller. And I also have to climb the stairs to reach my classroom. >:O. But, the good thing about having classroom upstair is.. I rarely go to the canteen because it's a bit far.. I've got the result.. I lost some weights!! :P

I think this outfit is kinda funky and it matches with this post's title, it's like a mix between girly + boyish style. I must say I'm bored with dress+cardigan , dress+tights, dress+belt, etc. Then I decided to pair my doll-printed dress from Cotton Candy with skinny jeans from primark. I got this idea when I was randomly browsing some magazines at Kinokuniya, I didn't remember which magazine it was, but I think it's Dolly Magazine :D

Don't Stop The Music

This week is really tiring. I swam twice this week and the p.e lesson at school was pencak silat. I think I didn't have a proper warm-up, which caused the sore all over my body T.T. I have to recover as soon as possible because I'll swim again on Thursday with my friends (it's an additional p.e lesson after the school hour). I really love to swim and don't want miss that chance. 

Weekend always flies so fast. Uhm, sorry, I think it's not only weekend but also weekday. I've just started school a while ago and in less than 2 weeks, i'll have another round of holiday, again. -_-. Does this mean i've been enjoying the school activities until i couldn't realize that time flies so fast?

By the way... Is there any of you who's following the progress of London Olympic 2012? It seems like Indonesians aren't that excited about this big competition. I'm a big fan of korean dramas and tv shows. Everytime I watch a new episode from the drama I subscribe, there's an olympic logo and also a countdown to the d-day of the olympic. The k-pop singers also support their country's athletes by wearing the olympics attributes, singing, etc. I can't feel that hype and enthusiasm in Indonesia. The tv station who airs the olympics is only tvri (indonesia's national tv station which I believe has lower rating than other tv stations). My twitter's timeline and blackberry messenger's recent updates are also very quiet without any supports/ live updates.. It's so different with the hype that Indonesia did at World Cup (where Indonesia didn't even join the competition). Plus, the famous Indonesian badminton players also came home with no medal. I'm so sad about this. I don't really know about the other categories, but I hope in the future Indonesia will shine like China or other countries that have won lots of medals at the olympics T___T
